One of our account managers will be willing to assist in refining the job description based on industry standards and market conditions.
Search Strategy

TimeGainz and the account manager develops a search strategy, considering various channels such as job boards, social media, and professional networks.

We will also leverage their existing database of candidates and networks to identify potential candidates.
Client Interviews

Coordinate interviews between the client and selected candidates.

Reference Checking

Offer Negotiations
