What's the FLOW

It's our goal at TimeGainz to make the experience of working with a recruiting company as smooth and seamless at possible. There are a few steps that will ensure we experience an effective hiring process.

Our Flow

The key to a successful recruitment process is open communication, collaboration, and a thorough understanding of the client's needs. Adjust the workflow based on the specific requirements of the client and the industry.

Initial Consultation 

  • The client and a TimeGainz account manager hold an initial consultation to discuss the hiring needs, job requirements, and company culture.

  • Define the scope of the recruitment process, including the number of positions to be filled, skills required, and the timeline.

Job Descriptions & Requirements

  • The client provides a detailed job description, including key responsibilities, qualifications, and any specific requirements.

  • One of our account managers will be willing to assist in refining the job description based on industry standards and market conditions.

Search Strategy

  • TimeGainz and the account manager develops a search strategy, considering various channels such as job boards, social media, and professional networks.

  • We will also leverage their existing database of candidates and networks to identify potential candidates.

Client Interviews

  • Coordinate interviews between the client and selected candidates.

  • Gather feedback from both parties after each interview to refine the selection process.

Reference Checking

  • Conduct thorough reference checks on the final candidates to verify their professional background and performance.

Offer Negotiations

  • Assist in negotiating job offers, including salary, benefits, and other terms.

  • Act as a mediator between the client and the candidate to ensure a mutually beneficial agreement.

Onboarding Assistance

  • Provide support during the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition for the new hire.

  • Address any concerns or questions that may arise during the onboarding period.

Follow-Up & Feedback

  • Regularly communicate with the client and the placed candidate to gather feedback.

  • Address any concerns promptly and make adjustments to the process if needed.

Continuous Improvement

  • Analyze the effectiveness of the recruitment process and identify areas for improvement.

  • Collaborate with the client to understand evolving hiring needs and adjust the strategy accordingly.

Long-Term Relationship 

  • Build a long-term relationship with the client by consistently delivering high-quality candidates.

  • Stay informed about changes in the client's organization and industry to provide proactive recruitment support.
