Full Service Recruitment Outsourcing

  • TimeGainz will manage the entire recruiting workflow for the client from posting the position, reviewing resumes, screening, recommendation and finals offer.

  • We will build your bench and have candidates ready to fill vacant positions.

  • A monthly fee based service that allows the managers to focus on clients and staff.

Flat Fee or Fixed Fee Recruitment

  • Flat Fee is not linked to the successful candidate’s salary – rather, on a flat fee for the work.

  • This requires an exclusive agreement under this pricing model

  • This model great for companies that need the services of a professional recruiter but aren’t sure what the salary is going to end up being for the skill set they are looking for.

Retained Search

  • Similar to Full Service, except that the agreed fee is paid in three instalments, 

  • The first instalment is billed and payable upon commencement of the project.

  • The second instalment is payable at the completion of the shortlisting phase.

  • The third, the balance of the total fee, is payable upon placement of the successful candidate.

Executive Search

  • TimeGainz charges a percentage (usually anywhere between 10% and 20%) of the successful candidate’s annual salary as our placement fee.

  • A placement guarantee of 90-days is offered.

  • We bill upon the candidate’s formal acceptance of the employment offer.
